Le tunnelier p\u00e8se 4 364 t et a un diam\u00e8tre d&rsquo;excavation de 15,20 m. Il poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement le couple le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 jamais install\u00e9 dans un tunnelier. Cette machine unique est utilis\u00e9e pour percer le tunnel nord de 3,65 km de long sur la nouvelle autoroute urbaine M-30 autour de Madrid, en Espagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>UN BESOIN DE TRANSPORT LISSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Le m\u00e9ga tunnelier \u00e9tant le plus grand du monde, le constructeur savait qu&rsquo;il attirerait beaucoup d&rsquo;attention, et donc beaucoup de visiteurs. Ils devaient installer un ascenseur, transportant les personnes ainsi que les mat\u00e9riaux entre les \u00e9tages du tunnelier. Herrenknecht a choisi un ascenseur Alimak.<br> L&rsquo;ascenseur, install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re du tunnelier, est un ALIMAK SE-450 standard d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 450 kg et d&rsquo;une hauteur de levage de 9 m. C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;un ascenseur est install\u00e9 dans un tunnelier. Et c&rsquo;est encore un autre exemple de la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Alimak \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre toutes sortes de probl\u00e8mes de transport vertical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>ORDRE JAPONAIS SUIVI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Une autre preuve de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience unique d&rsquo;Alimak et de sa connaissance technique des projets extraordinaires est une autre installation concernant le M-30. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une joint-venture entre le constructeur espagnol Duro Felguera et le constructeur japonais Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, un autre des plus grands tunneliers au monde a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour le d\u00e9tournement souterrain de l&rsquo;autoroute M-30. Depuis que Herrenknecht avait install\u00e9 un ascenseur dans leur tunnelier, les Japonais voulaient faire de m\u00eame. Ils ont pass\u00e9 commande de deux ascenseurs ALIMAK SE-300, d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de 300 kg. Un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur sera install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant du tunnelier, derri\u00e8re la roue de coupe, et l&rsquo;autre \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Les tunneliers \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;ascenseurs Alimak ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur le tunnel, ce qui contribuera \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les embouteillages chroniques, les accidents fr\u00e9quents, le bruit et le manque de verdure dans le centre-ville. Il devrait \u00eatre ouvert \u00e0 la circulation en 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong>CONNAISSANCE EXPERTE DU SEGMENT DES TUNNELS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Les ascenseurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon Alimak offrent un acc\u00e8s fiable et efficace \u00e0 un grand nombre de puits de tunnels routiers et ferroviaires \u00e0 travers le monde. Ils sont utilis\u00e9s pour le transport du personnel et du mat\u00e9riel, pour l&rsquo;inspection, la maintenance et l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation d&rsquo;urgence. Ils s&rsquo;adaptent aux inclinaisons, aux courbes et aux espaces restreints et grimpent profond\u00e9ment dans la cro\u00fbte terrestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Le premier ascenseur tunnel Alimak a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 en Autriche en 1975 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour inspecter les gaines de ventilation de 600 m\u00e8tres de haut dans le tunnel sous le col du Tauern.
