Bracells Project Star in Len\u00e7\u00f3is Paulista, S\u00e3o Paulo, Brasilien, gilt als die gr\u00f6\u00dfte und nachhaltigste Zellstofffabrik der Welt. Dieses umfangreiche Projekt spiegelt Bracells Engagement f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit und Betriebseffizienz wider, wobei drei Alimak SE 1000 FC-Industrieaufz\u00fcge eine entscheidende Rolle im Betrieb der Anlage spielen.<\/strong><\/p>

Die Alimak SE-Reihe, einschlie\u00dflich der Modelle von Project Star, wird im schwedischen Skellefte\u00e5 hergestellt, wo der Strom zu 100 % aus erneuerbarer Wasserkraft gewonnen wird. Diese Nutzung gr\u00fcner Energie reduziert den CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck der Aufz\u00fcge erheblich und entspricht den Umweltzielen von Bracell.<\/p>

Diese Aufz\u00fcge wurden von Andritz, dem EPC-Auftragnehmer f\u00fcr das Projekt, beschafft, der sich aufgrund der bew\u00e4hrten Leistung in industriellen Umgebungen f\u00fcr Alimak entschied. Sie verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine Tragf\u00e4higkeit von 1000 kg, eine Kabinengr\u00f6\u00dfe, die reichlich Platz f\u00fcr Personal und Ausr\u00fcstung bietet, und eine Geschwindigkeit von 0,6 m\/s. Ihre F\u00f6rderh\u00f6hen reichen von 63 bis 69 Metern, mit bis zu sechs Haltestellen, wodurch sie sich sehr gut an unterschiedliche Anlagenbereiche anpassen lassen.<\/p>

Trotz der Herausforderung des begrenzten Platzes in einer dicht besiedelten Anlage waren die SE-Aufz\u00fcge aufgrund ihres Designs, das weder einen Schacht noch einen Maschinenraum erfordert, die ideale Wahl. Diese Aufz\u00fcge werden t\u00e4glich verwendet, insbesondere w\u00e4hrend Wartungsstillst\u00e4nden, und verbessern die Betriebseffizienz, Sicherheit und den Komfort erheblich, da weniger Treppen gelaufen werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>

Die Installation der Alimak SE 1000-Aufz\u00fcge im Projekt Star von Bracell ist ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Partnerschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Nachhaltigkeit und Effizienz und st\u00e4rkt Alimaks Position als f\u00fchrender Anbieter nachhaltiger Industriel\u00f6sungen.<\/p>
