{"id":10050,"date":"2020-11-17T14:50:21","date_gmt":"2020-11-17T14:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alimak.wpengine.com\/?post_type=project&amp;p=386"},"modified":"2020-11-17T14:50:21","modified_gmt":"2020-11-17T14:50:21","slug":"alimak-rack-pinion-elevators-for-power-plant-fgd-systems","status":"publish","type":"cases","link":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/de\/cases\/alimak-rack-pinion-elevators-for-power-plant-fgd-systems\/","title":{"rendered":"AEP Mountaineer-Kraftwerk"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ein Alimak SE-H-Zahnstangenaufzug wurde installiert, um einen H\u00f6henzugang f\u00fcr die h\u00e4ufige Wartung und Instandhaltung des Rauchgasentschwefelungssystems eines Kraftwerks in der N\u00e4he von New Haven, WA, USA zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Gro\u00dfraum-Aufzug sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass das Werk die Wartung auf dem Laufenden halten kann, ohne dass ein Kran ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das AEP Mountaineer-Kraftwerk ist eine 1300-Megawatt-Kohlekraftanlage in der N\u00e4he von New Haven, West Virginia. Um diese Stromleistung zu erreichen, verbrennt AEP Mountaineer durchschnittlich 9.000 bis 12.000 Tonnen Kohle pro Tag. AEP hat dieses Werk mit modernster Abgasreinigungstechnik ausgestattet. Ein Teil dieses Systems ist ein Rauchgasentschwefelungssystem (REA). REA-Systeme, allgemein als \u201eW\u00e4scher\u201c bekannt, tragen dazu bei, dass das Werk die Umweltvorschriften einh\u00e4lt, indem die Schwefeldioxidemissionen reduziert werden. Das REA-Geb\u00e4ude ist st\u00e4ndig in Betrieb und bedarf regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Instandhaltung und Wartung. Das Werk entschied, dass ein Gro\u00dfraum-Aufzug ben\u00f6tigt wurde, um die Wartungsarbeiten auch ohne Kran auf dem Laufenden halten zu k\u00f6nnen. AEP Mountaineer entschied sich f\u00fcr einen Zahnstangenaufzug der Baureihe ALIMAK SE-H 2700 mit einer Tragf\u00e4higkeit von 2.700 kg. Durch die Installation eines gro\u00dfen permanenten Aufzugs im REA-Geb\u00e4ude k\u00f6nnen sie jederzeit Personal sowie ihre schweren Werkzeuge, gro\u00dfe Ausr\u00fcstung und Spezialteile zur Spitze des REA-Geb\u00e4udes bringen. Dies kann ungeplante Ausf\u00e4lle minimieren, wenn der W\u00e4scher ausf\u00e4llt, da sofort mit den Reparaturarbeiten begonnen werden kann. Alimak-Zahnstangenaufz\u00fcge k\u00f6nnen in Umgebungen eingesetzt werden, in denen herk\u00f6mmliche Traktionsaufz\u00fcge aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden nicht verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Der Alimak-Aufzug kann an mehreren Stellen auf der vorhandenen Konstruktion installiert werden, da kein Schacht oder Maschinenraum erforderlich ist<\/li><li>Er ist vertikal selbsttragend und belastet die vorhandene Konstruktion nur mit relativ geringen Bindungslasten<\/li><li>Der Aufzug kann innen oder au\u00dfen, mit oder ohne Unterflurgrube installiert werden<\/li><li>Robuste und industrietaugliche Aufz\u00fcge von Alimak<\/li><li>Sie sind in vielen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Kapazit\u00e4ten erh\u00e4ltlich und k\u00f6nnen an nahezu jede Situation angepasst werden<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einem umfangreichen Angebot an Produkten f\u00fcr Aufz\u00fcge und Hebeb\u00fchnen sowie mastgef\u00fchrten Kletterb\u00fchnen und Transportb\u00fchnen ist Alimak seit \u00fcber 50 Jahren weltweit f\u00fchrend bei H\u00f6henzugangsl\u00f6sungen mit Zahnstangenantrieb.
