TGM wurde 2006 als Projekt zwischen der Effingham-Clay Service Company, GROWMARK Inc. und der Wabash Valley Service Company gegr\u00fcndet. TGM ist eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften nicht multinationalen Getreideunternehmen im Bundesstaat Illinois und unterst\u00fctzt Endverbraucher in den Bereichen Vermahlung, Ethanol, Futtermittel, Getreideverarbeitung, Export und Tiernahrung.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die TGM Casey IL Facility wurde 2013 saniert und ersetzte zwei alternde Annahmegossen, an denen ein kleiner Traktions-Personenaufzug angebracht war. Durch die Entfernung dieses Traktions-Personenaufzugs konnte die Casey-Anlage die Gosse im Innenbereich vergr\u00f6\u00dfern und ihre Kunden besser bedienen, indem sie ihre Sch\u00fcttkapazit\u00e4t pro Stunde erh\u00f6hte. Im Rahmen der Sanierung wollte TGM eine kosteng\u00fcnstige Alternative zum Personenaufzug finden, der sich im Rumpf der vorhandenen Gossen befand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Anwendung eines Alimak SE300-Aufzugs (Personenaufzug) wurde von TGM\/GROWMARK als kosteng\u00fcnstiges Produkt f\u00fcr diese Anlage ausgew\u00e4hlt. Der Personenaufzug konnte problemlos auf dem vorhandenen Betonsilo installiert werden, indem ein Betonfundament an der Basis und eine Plattformverl\u00e4ngerung an der Oberseite des Silos hinzugef\u00fcgt wurden. Diese Installation wurde von den M\u00fchlenbauern der TGM durchgef\u00fchrt und von AHI endabgenommen und getestet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das einzigartige Zahnstangenantrieb-Design von Alimak sowie die robusten Fahrkorb- und Elektrokomponenten wurden speziell f\u00fcr den Au\u00dfenbereich entwickelt und machen einen geschlossenen Schacht und eine separate St\u00fctzkonstruktion \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der installierte SE300 DOL-Aufzug (Personenaufzug) verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen automatischen Einzelbetrieb. Der Aufzug hat eine Tragf\u00e4higkeit von 660 Pound (299.37 kg) (2-Personen-Design), eine F\u00f6rderh\u00f6he von 128.5 Fu\u00df (59.74 m) und 2 Haltestellen. Der Fahrkorb f\u00e4hrt mit 140 fpm (35.97 m\/min) und ist an einem bereits vorhandenen Betonsilo befestigt. Alimak stellte f\u00fcr den Aufzug (Personenaufzug) einen oberirdischen Zusammenbau von Gruben- und Treppenplattform zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Design l\u00e4sst sich wie in dieser TGM-Anlage sehr leicht in das \u00c4u\u00dfere vorhandener Konstruktionen integrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimak ist stolz darauf, den Personenaufzug in der Anlage in Casey, IL, bereitgestellt zu haben, da von diesem Standort j\u00e4hrlich etwa 20 Millionen Bushel (ca. 540.000 Tonnen) Getreide ausgeliefert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einem umfangreichen Angebot an Alimak-Aufz\u00fcgen (Personenaufz\u00fcge), Aufzugsprodukten sowie mastgef\u00fchrten Kletterb\u00fchnen und Transportb\u00fchnen ist Alimak weltweit f\u00fchrend bei H\u00f6henzugangsl\u00f6sungen mit Zahnstangenantrieb. Aufz\u00fcge (Personenaufz\u00fcge) und Hebeb\u00fchnen von Alimak wurden in mehr als 1000 Kraftwerken weltweit an den unterschiedlichsten Konstruktionen installiert. In den USA gibt es \u00fcber 700 solcher Anlagen, viele davon auf Schornsteinen, Silos und anderen industriellen Konstruktionen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimak verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in der Installation von Alimak-Aufzugsanlagen in industriellen Umgebungen und kann technische Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Bewertung des besten Standorts und der besten L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr Ihre Installation bieten.
