Ein ALIMAK SE-12 Industrie-Zahnstangenaufzug, der f\u00fcr einen sicheren H\u00f6henzugang zur Harnstoff-Granulieranlage von Incitec Fertilizers in Brisbane, Australien installiert wurde, macht einen herk\u00f6mmlichen Aufzugsschacht \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bis zur Modernisierung im Jahr 1999 produzierte die Anlage urspr\u00fcnglich Prill-Harnstoff und erzeugt nun t\u00e4glich 750 Tonnen der von den Landwirten bevorzugten gro\u00dfen Granulatsorte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da die Anlage in der N\u00e4he von Wohngebieten liegt, ist die Kontrolle von Staub und Emissionen sehr wichtig. Die Fu\u00dfb\u00f6den der Anlage werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig abgewaschen, um Staub zu entfernen. Dadurch entsteht ein Abwasserstrom, der leicht in einen internen Aufzugsschacht gelangen kann. Ein externer Aufzug war daher die bevorzugte Alternative, und der von Alimak in Australien gelieferte Alimak-Aufzug bot die optimale L\u00f6sung. Die Installation des Alimak-Aufzugs ist nicht nur g\u00fcnstiger als ein interner Aufzug mit Schacht, er nimmt auch keinen wertvollen Innenraum in Anspruch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Granuliergeb\u00e4ude nimmt sechs von au\u00dfen zug\u00e4ngliche Ebenen mit bis zu vier internen Podiumsebenen ein. Die Anlage ist 24 Stunden am Tag, sieben Tage die Woche in Betrieb, und der ALIMAK SE-12-Zahnstangenaufzug wird von Technik- und Wartungspersonal bis zu 20-mal am Tag benutzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der ALIMAK SE-Aufzug der Anlage f\u00e4hrt eine Gesamth\u00f6he von 29 Metern und hat eine Tragf\u00e4higkeit von 1.200 kg. Der Mast ist hinter der Geb\u00e4udeverkleidung mit Baustahl verankert. In die W\u00e4nde sind elektrisch und mechanisch verriegelte Schachtt\u00fcren integriert, die einen sicheren Zugang zu den verschiedenen Ebenen des Geb\u00e4udes erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die ALIMAK SE-Aufzugsreihe eignet sich optimal f\u00fcr industrielle Umgebungen. Es ist robust gebaut und besteht aus einer Fahrkorbwandverkleidung aus stranggepresstem Aluminium, feuerverzinktem Fahrkorb-Tragrahmen und Mastabschnitten aus verzinktem Stahl sowie Schaltschr\u00e4nken und Haltestellenschaltk\u00e4sten aus Edelstahl. Dank seines Designs und seiner modularen Bauweise k\u00f6nnen bis zu 30 verschiedene Fahrkorbgr\u00f6\u00dfen konfiguriert werden, um zahleichen Anwendungen gerecht zu werden. Die ALIMAK SE-Baureihe verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine direkte Motorsteuerung oder optional eine variable Frequenzsteuerung f\u00fcr sanftes Starten und Stoppen und bietet F\u00f6rderh\u00f6hen von mehr als 250 Metern und Geschwindigkeiten von 0,4 bis 1,0 Metern pro Sekunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
