Dies ist eines der ersten Projekte, bei denen Alimak seine Building Information Modeling (BIM)-Galerie zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Planung einsetzte.<\/strong><\/p><p> <strong>BAUAUFZ\u00dcGE &amp; TRANSPORTPLATTFORMEN<\/strong><\/p><p> Beim Entwicklungsprojekt South Quay Plaza 4 sind f\u00fcnf Bauaufz\u00fcge von Alimak im Einsatz. Ein zweimastiger Mammut, ein Scando 650 XL FC-S und ein Scando 650 FC sind in einer Triplex-Konfiguration installiert und bedienen 55 Landungen bis zu 190 m.<\/p><p> Zwei Alimak Scando 450 FC Bauaufz\u00fcge bedienen 53 Stockwerke, darunter zwei Untergeschosse, im Kern des Geb\u00e4udes. Schlie\u00dflich wird eine Alimak TPL 1000-Transportplattform den Zugang zu den beiden obersten Stockwerken des Geb\u00e4udes erm\u00f6glichen. Alimaks Erfahrung mit \u00e4hnlichen Projekten, einschlie\u00dflich der ersten Phasen von SQP, erm\u00f6glichte es uns, das Produkt BIM digital zu verbessern, um sicherzustellen, dass Designverbesserungen vor der Installation validiert wurden.<\/p><p> <strong>PROJEKT<\/strong><\/p><p> South Quay Plaza 4 ist eine Entwicklung der Berkeley Group und wurde von Foster+Partners entworfen. Nach Fertigstellung wird es 58 Stockwerke hoch sein und sowohl Wohn- als auch Einzelhandelseinheiten sowie eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse und einen Sky Garden umfassen.<\/p><p> <strong>ALIMAK BIM GALERIE<\/strong><\/p><p> <a href=\"https:\/\/bimgallery.alimak.com\/bim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Die BIM-Galerie von Alimak<\/a> enth\u00e4lt 3D-Modelle mit eingebetteten Schl\u00fcsselinformationen unserer Bauaufz\u00fcge. Die BIM-Modelle k\u00f6nnen nach den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Kunden konfiguriert werden, sodass dieser den Einsatz unserer Produkte in der Planungsphase eines Projekts simulieren kann.<\/p><p> Das South Quay Plaza 4-Projekt verwendete das NAVIS-Modell mit integriertem Alimak BIM. Das bedeutete, dass sie die BIM-Modelle genau auf die erforderliche Konfiguration konfigurieren und innerhalb der spezifischen Projektumgebung simulieren konnten, was alles dazu beitrug, eine \u201erichtige L\u00f6sung beim ersten Mal\u201c zu erreichen.<\/p><p> Die BIM-Galerie wurde vom Team von Alimak in Boras, Schweden, entwickelt und ist auf unserer Website verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p><p> <strong>PROJEKTHERAUSFORDERUNGEN<\/strong><\/p><p> Das Geb\u00e4ude befindet sich in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he der Londoner DLR-Bahnlinie, sodass nur sehr begrenzt Platz f\u00fcr die Installation des Aufzugs vorhanden war. Die Ingenieure von Alimak mussten 5 m vom DLR entfernt bleiben und das Hebezeug durfte nicht h\u00f6her als die DLR-Br\u00fccke gehoben werden. W\u00e4hrend der Installation wurde eine Sperrzone geschaffen, indem die Eingangs- und Ausgangstore des Gel\u00e4ndes geschlossen wurden. Die Hebezeuge wurden dann vorsichtig an ihren Platz gehoben.<\/p><p> Um sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte von Alimak den Bau auf die effizienteste Weise unterst\u00fctzen, wurden die extern installierten Hebezeuge in der Triplex-Konfiguration um 1,5 m in die Grube versenkt. Das Ergebnis davon ist, dass der Hubboden ebenerdig mit dem Boden ist, was schnellere Be- und Entladezeiten erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p><p> Ein Teil des Baus erfordert das Entladen der Fassadenplatten von einem Lastwagen auf eine Plattform auf R\u00e4dern. Um dies zu unterst\u00fctzen, entwarfen die Ingenieure von Alimak ein ma\u00dfgeschneidertes, 4,2 m hohes Tor f\u00fcr den Mammut-Aufzug (Standardh\u00f6he betr\u00e4gt 2,8 m). Diese ma\u00dfgefertigten Tore bedeuten, dass die Plattform mit den Fassadenplatten direkt auf den Aufzug geschoben werden kann, bereit f\u00fcr den Transport zum entsprechende Etage. Die ma\u00dfgefertigten Tore haben eine Torblattverl\u00e4ngerung aus Stahl, die f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche H\u00f6he sorgt.
