Die Aufzugsinstallation wurde im Januar 2022 abgeschlossen, wobei das ERF im ersten Quartal 2022 in einem von Hitachi Zosen Inova geleiteten Projekt voll betriebsbereit sein soll. Die Anlage wird eine nachhaltige Alternative zur M\u00fclldeponie bieten, indem sie sauberen Strom aus Abfall erzeugt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Alimak war der bevorzugte Lieferant von HZI, nachdem es bei drei fr\u00fcheren Projekten Industrieaufz\u00fcge geliefert hatte, und arbeitete eng mit HZI zusammen, um eine detaillierte Spezifikation zur Erf\u00fcllung der Projektanforderungen zu erstellen. Alimak arbeitete auch mit dem Projektarchitekten zusammen, um die Integration unserer Zeichnungen fr\u00fch in der Entwurfsphase zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Der Alimak SE 2000 FC Zahnstangenaufzug misst 2,60 mx 1,56 m und hat eine Kapazit\u00e4t von 2.000 kg. Er hat eine L\u00e4nge von 38,8 m und wird zum Transport von schwerem Wartungsger\u00e4t und Ersatzteilen zur Kesselhalle eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Covanta, die Betreiber der Anlage, erh\u00e4lt Wartungsunterst\u00fctzung durch Alimak Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Um sicherzustellen, dass das Projekt innerhalb des Budgets blieb, wurden anstelle des neuen drahtlosen Kommunikationstyps herk\u00f6mmliche mechanisch verbundene Aufzugst\u00fcren bereitgestellt. Dies bedeutete, dass die Ingenieure von Alimak ein Stabilisierungssystem entwickeln mussten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Aufzugst\u00fcren und Schachtt\u00fcren beim \u00d6ffnen und Schlie\u00dfen miteinander verbunden blieben. Dies wurde durch die Verwendung einer dritten F\u00fchrungsschiene (T-F\u00fchrung) erreicht, die \u00fcber die gesamte H\u00f6he der Installation verlief, um die korrekte Schnittstelle der T\u00fcren zu erm\u00f6glichen und einen sicheren und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Die effizienteste Art, den Aufzug zu installieren, bestand darin, die komplette Kabine in einem St\u00fcck \u00fcber der Oberseite des Aufzugsschachts zu installieren. Dadurch konnte der Aufzug im Werk getestet werden.
