Unsere lange Geschichte umfasst \u00fcber 50 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung hochwertiger vertikaler Zugangsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Energiewirtschaft.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> F\u00fcr die anspruchsvolle Geographie der Staumauer WaterNSW Burrinjuck war ein besonders komplexes kundenspezifisches Industrieaufzugssystem erforderlich. Der Aufzug bietet einen sicheren Zugang zu den Dammauslasswerken f\u00fcr WaterNSW-Wartungszwecke und bedient auch das Wasserkraftwerk Meridian Energy. Der denkmalgesch\u00fctzte Wasserkraftdamm nordwestlich von Canberra, Australien, wurde 1928 fertiggestellt. Ein effizienter und zuverl\u00e4ssiger Transport zwischen der Spitze der Staumauer und dem Kraftwerk selbst an der Basis ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Dies wurde jedoch durch die geneigte, gew\u00f6lbte Oberfl\u00e4che der Staumauer erschwert. Mit Alimaks fr\u00fcherer Erfahrung in \u00e4hnlichen Projekten hat Alimak ein spezielles industrielles Aufzugssystem entwickelt, das in der Lage ist, den gekr\u00fcmmten Abschnitt in einem Winkel von 53 Grad sicher zu durchfahren \u2013 kein Problem, das die Alimak-Ingenieure l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen. Die vertikale Verfahrstrecke betr\u00e4gt 68 Meter und der Aufzug f\u00e4hrt inklusive der Kurve insgesamt 80 Meter zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Um Passagiere und Fracht sicher und komfortabel zu transportieren, ist die Aufzugskabine so konstruiert, dass sie sich w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt automatisch nivelliert, sodass der Boden beim \u00dcberqueren der geschwungenen Form der Staumauer horizontal bleibt. Die Fahrzeuggr\u00f6\u00dfe von \u00fcber zwei Metern erm\u00f6glicht auch eine rechtzeitige und angemessene Reaktion auf Unfall- und Notfallsituationen, die den Einsatz einer Trage erfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Die Wagengr\u00f6\u00dfe erm\u00f6glicht im Regelbetrieb den effizienten Transport von F\u00e4ssern mit Hydraulikfl\u00fcssigkeit, die f\u00fcr das Wasserkraftwerk am Dammfu\u00df ben\u00f6tigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Neben diesem hochspezialisierten Industrieaufzug bietet das umfassende vertikale Zugangssystem auch einen Kran auf Basisniveau zum Absenken von F\u00e4ssern auf den untersten Laufsteg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Neben dem guten Ruf von Alimak f\u00fcr technische Innovation und Probleml\u00f6sungsf\u00e4higkeit haben wir w\u00e4hrend der umfassenderen Projektentwicklung \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren eng mit WaterNSW zusammengearbeitet.
