Alimak arbeitete unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Betriebsbedingungen sowie des Zeitrahmens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abschaltung der Raffinerie<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Erd\u00f6lraffinerie wurde ein Alimak Scando-Zahnstangen-Bauaufzug installiert, der w\u00e4hrend der Abschaltung, Sanierung und \u00dcberholung der Wasserstoffproduktionsanlage, bekannt als Reformer BHU, zum Einsatz kam. Angesichts der leicht entz\u00fcndlichen Umgebung der petrochemischen Anlage und der Art der hergestellten Produkte wurden vor Ort strenge Sicherheits- und Betriebsbedingungen durchgesetzt. Alimak arbeitete gem\u00e4\u00df den Anforderungen der Anlage und stellte eine tempor\u00e4re Zugangsl\u00f6sung bereit, mit der die Abschaltarbeiten innerhalb des festgelegten Zeitrahmens abgeschlossen werden konnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zugang zum Reformer-Turm schaffen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die notwendigen Wartungs- und Aufr\u00fcstungsarbeiten an der Anlage termingerecht durchf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen, musste f\u00fcr den Transport von Personen und Materialien in die oberen Ebenen des 43 m langen Reformer-Turms aus Stahl gesorgt werden. Ein Alimak Scando-Zahnstangenaufzug erwies sich als die perfekte L\u00f6sung, da er die Anforderungen an Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Gewicht, Kapazit\u00e4t und H\u00f6he vor Ort erf\u00fcllte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ingenieure von Alimak entwarfen und fertigten einzigartige Halterungen mit extra langen Verankerungen, um die Mastabschnitte gem\u00e4\u00df den Sicherheitsanforderungen f\u00fcr petrochemische Anlagen an der unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Stahlkonstruktion des Turms zu befestigen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden an den in 33 und 37 Meter H\u00f6he befindlichen Haltestellen erweiterte Haltestellen-Plattformen angebracht, um einen sicheren \u00dcbergang vom Fahrkorb zum Turm zu gew\u00e4hrleisten..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erf\u00fcllung der Sicherheits- und Betriebsanforderungen der Anlage<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Installation und Demontage des tempor\u00e4ren Zahnstangenaufzugs erfolgte unter Einhaltung strenger Arbeitsvorschriften vor Ort.
