Es la primera vez que se instala un elevador en este tipo de gr\u00faa portuaria. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>PRIMER ELEVADOR PARA UNA GR\u00daA P\u00d3RTICO GIRATORIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Alimak ha demostrado que muy pocas aplicaciones son demasiado dif\u00edciles cuando se trata de instalar un elevador. As\u00ed qued\u00f3 patente en la nueva gr\u00faa p\u00f3rtico giratoria de V\u00e4rtahamnen, en Estocolmo, donde se instal\u00f3 un elevador especial Alimak SE con una cabina de dimensiones m\u00e1s reducidas de las que habitualmente<br\/>se ofrecen en la gama est\u00e1ndar. <\/p>\n\n<p>Para poder arriostrar la torre del m\u00e1stil del elevador en este tipo de estructura de gr\u00faa, la torre del m\u00e1stil se ha extendido hasta los 25,6 m, mientras que el elevador solo alcanza una altura de 16,85 m, donde se encuentra la cabina del operador de la gr\u00faa. El m\u00e1stil del elevador solo cuenta con un arriostramiento en la parte superior. <\/p>\n\n<p>La gr\u00faa presta servicio a la nueva central el\u00e9ctrica descargando el combustible suministrado por los buques. Este tipo de gr\u00faas ahorran espacio, son eficientes y se adaptan bien a las condiciones del nuevo puerto de combustible. El elevador Alimak lleva al gruista a la cabina de la gr\u00faa p\u00f3rtico giratoria en menos de medio minuto, lo que mejora a\u00fan m\u00e1s la eficiencia y la productividad. Tambi\u00e9n mejora la seguridad, ya que se reducen considerablemente los riesgos, como los resbalones en las escaleras o la ca\u00edda de objetos desde altura.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>EL TIEMPO DE ACTIVIDAD Y LA PRODUCTIVIDAD SON CLAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Dado que los horarios de rotaci\u00f3n de los buques se miden en horas, es imperativo maximizar el tiempo de actividad de la gr\u00faa. Los elevadores Alimak de pi\u00f1\u00f3n y cremallera proporcionan un acceso fiable y eficiente a la parte superior de la gr\u00faa para el personal, las herramientas y las piezas de repuesto, lo que facilita el mantenimiento preventivo frecuente y minimiza los costosos tiempos de inactividad derivados de las aver\u00edas.
