{"id":16392,"date":"2022-09-20T11:19:32","date_gmt":"2022-09-20T11:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/cases\/dgb-torre-de-oficinas-schoneberg\/"},"modified":"2026-03-31T06:28:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T06:28:41","slug":"dgb-torre-de-oficinas-schoneberg","status":"publish","type":"cases","link":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/es\/cases\/dgb-torre-de-oficinas-schoneberg\/","title":{"rendered":"DGB \u2013 Torre de Oficinas Sch\u00f6neberg"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Diez plataformas de trabajo sobre m\u00e1stil Alimak se est\u00e1n utilizando durante la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo bloque de edificios en Berl\u00edn, Alemania.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>La Confederaci\u00f3n Alemana de Sindicatos, Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund (DGB), est\u00e1 construyendo un nuevo edificio de oficinas y comercial en el distrito de Sch\u00f6neberg en Berl\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n<p>El nuevo edificio de oficinas de aproximadamente 21.000 m\u00b2 ser\u00e1 utilizado por la administraci\u00f3n de la junta federal del DGB. Los nuevos elementos del edificio, con diferentes alturas, se fusionan para crear una estructura distintiva con una apariencia unificada. <\/p>\n\n<p>Se contact\u00f3 a Alimak para suministrar una soluci\u00f3n eficiente de acceso vertical para el montaje de los nuevos elementos de fachada y ventanas del edificio del DGB.<\/p>\n\n<p>El anclaje de las torres de m\u00e1stil plante\u00f3 un desaf\u00edo, requiriendo una reconstrucci\u00f3n desde un anclaje est\u00e1ndar a consolas especiales. Alimak proporcion\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica contundente para el montaje de ventanas y fachadas con un total de diez plataformas de trabajo sobre m\u00e1stil, de su flota de alquiler alemana.
