Le projet Star de Bracell, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Len\u00e7\u00f3is Paulista, S\u00e3o Paulo, au Br\u00e9sil, est reconnu comme l'usine de p\u00e2te \u00e0 papier la plus grande et la plus durable au monde. Ce projet de grande envergure refl\u00e8te l'engagement de Bracell en faveur de la durabilit\u00e9 et de l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, avec trois ascenseurs industriels Alimak SE 1000 FC jouant un r\u00f4le essentiel dans les op\u00e9rations de l'usine.<\/strong><\/p>

La gamme Alimak SE, y compris les ascenseurs du projet Star, est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 Skellefte\u00e5, en Su\u00e8de, o\u00f9 100 % de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est issue de l'\u00e9nergie hydraulique renouvelable. Cette utilisation d'\u00e9nergie verte r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l'empreinte carbone des ascenseurs, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs environnementaux de Bracell.<\/p>

Ces ascenseurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9s par Andritz, l'entrepreneur EPC du projet, qui a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 Alimak pour ses performances \u00e9prouv\u00e9es dans les environnements industriels. Ils pr\u00e9sentent une capacit\u00e9 de charge de 1 000 kg, une taille de cabine offrant un espace suffisant pour le personnel et l'\u00e9quipement, et une vitesse de 0,6 m\/s. Leurs hauteurs de levage varient de 63 \u00e0 69 m\u00e8tres, avec jusqu'\u00e0 six paliers, ce qui les rend hautement adaptables aux diff\u00e9rentes zones de l'installation.<\/p>

Malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi que repr\u00e9sente l'espace limit\u00e9 au sein d'une installation dens\u00e9ment peupl\u00e9e, la conception des ascenseurs SE, qui ne n\u00e9cessite ni gaine ni local technique, en a fait un choix id\u00e9al. Ces ascenseurs sont utilis\u00e9s quotidiennement, en particulier lors des arr\u00eats de maintenance, am\u00e9liorant consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le confort en r\u00e9duisant le besoin de monter les escaliers.<\/p>

L'installation des ascenseurs Alimak SE 1000 dans le cadre du projet Star de Bracell t\u00e9moigne d'un partenariat r\u00e9ussi ax\u00e9 sur la durabilit\u00e9 et l'efficacit\u00e9, renfor\u00e7ant la position d'Alimak en tant que leader des solutions industrielles durables.<\/p>
