{"id":17120,"date":"2026-06-30T11:35:57","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T11:35:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/cases\/operations-dechafaudage-a-cagliari\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T15:32:32","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T15:32:32","slug":"operations-dechafaudage-a-cagliari","status":"publish","type":"cases","link":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/fr\/cases\/operations-dechafaudage-a-cagliari\/","title":{"rendered":"Op\u00e9rations d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage \u00e0 Cagliari"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>En mars 2026, Sincro Systems a utilis\u00e9 l\u2019AlimakTM STS 300 \u00e0 Cagliari, en Italie, pour soutenir des op\u00e9rations d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage efficaces, en am\u00e9liorant la logistique de manutention des mat\u00e9riaux et en contribuant \u00e0 maintenir une progression constante tout au long du projet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Sincro Systems a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me de transport d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage Alimak STS 300 pour soutenir les op\u00e9rations d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage lors d\u2019un projet \u00e0 Cagliari, en Sardaigne, en mars 2026. Le syst\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour transporter efficacement les mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage entre le niveau du sol et les zones de travail en hauteur, contribuant \u00e0 maintenir un flux de travail constant sur le site. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un avantage cl\u00e9 du STS 300 r\u00e9sidait dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir un flux de mat\u00e9riaux continu et organis\u00e9. Avec une capacit\u00e9 de charge utile allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 kg et une vitesse de levage de 17 m\/min, l\u2019unit\u00e9 a permis de d\u00e9placer rapidement les composants d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage et en plus grands volumes. Cela a favoris\u00e9 un processus de travail productif, o\u00f9 une \u00e9quipe de deux personnes pouvait g\u00e9rer efficacement le chargement et l\u2019installation, avec un op\u00e9rateur au niveau du sol et un autre travaillant en hauteur.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Le STS 300 a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la manutention manuelle pendant la phase d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage. En permettant un transport vertical contr\u00f4l\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me a soutenu un processus plus efficace tout en r\u00e9duisant le besoin de levage et de portage r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs des mat\u00e9riaux. <\/p>\n\n<p>La conception du syst\u00e8me a contribu\u00e9 davantage \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 sur site. Le caisson de stockage rotatif a permis de positionner les mat\u00e9riaux directement vers la structure d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage, permettant le d\u00e9chargement depuis l\u2019arri\u00e8re des garde-corps. De plus, le syst\u00e8me ne n\u00e9cessite pas de portillons de palier, ce qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le temps d\u2019installation et \u00e0 simplifier la mise en place.  <\/p>\n\n<p>La compatibilit\u00e9 avec les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9chafaudage courants, notamment Ringlock, Cuplock et Kwikstage, a permis d\u2019int\u00e9grer le STS 300 de mani\u00e8re fluide \u00e0 l\u2019installation existante. Les caissons logistiques modulaires, dot\u00e9s de roues et d\u2019une conception empilable, ont favoris\u00e9 une manutention et un transport efficaces sur l\u2019ensemble du site. <\/p>\n\n<p>Op\u00e9rant dans un environnement c\u00f4tier, le projet a \u00e9galement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l\u2019ad\u00e9quation du syst\u00e8me \u00e0 des conditions impliquant l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et l\u2019exposition \u00e0 l\u2019air salin.
