Une fois achev\u00e9e, elle deviendra la ligne de m\u00e9tro automatis\u00e9e la plus longue d&#8217;Europe. La r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;un projet souterrain aussi complexe n\u00e9cessite une solution d&#8217;acc\u00e8s vertical fiable, s\u00fbre et flexible pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de construction quotidiennes en profondeur sous terre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ligne L-9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue avec des stations construites dans de grands puits cylindriques mesurant 18 m\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre et s&#8217;\u00e9tendant sur plus de 40 m\u00e8tres de longueur. Au puits de Sanllehy, l&#8217;excavation atteindra finalement une profondeur de 78 m\u00e8tres sous terre. Ces dimensions et profondeurs ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une exigence claire pour une solution d&#8217;acc\u00e8s vertical robuste permettant le transport fiable du personnel, des outils et des mat\u00e9riaux tout au long de la phase de construction.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Productivit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une plateforme de transport Alimak<sup>TM<\/sup> Vectio<sup>TM<\/sup> 350 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans le puits de Sanllehy pour fournir un acc\u00e8s vertical fiable adapt\u00e9 aux exigences de la construction souterraine. Con\u00e7ue pour la flexibilit\u00e9, la Vectio 350 permet un acc\u00e8s quotidien efficace pour le personnel tout en soutenant \u00e9galement le transport des mat\u00e9riaux de construction et des outils.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La gamme Vectio 350 offre des charges utiles de 500 \u00e0 2 000 kg. Pour ce projet, un mod\u00e8le Vectio 350 10-15 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9, offrant une charge utile de 1 000 kg, contribuant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 en r\u00e9duisant la manutention manuelle et en optimisant le flux de mat\u00e9riaux. Sa conception op\u00e9rationnelle intelligente permet de passer facilement du mode plateforme de transport pour l&#8217;acc\u00e8s du personnel au mode monte-charge pour la manutention des mat\u00e9riaux, assurant un soutien continu pour de multiples activit\u00e9s sur site sans interruption.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con\u00e7u pour les conditions difficiles<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie courbe du puits, un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;ancrage adaptable a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre, assurant une installation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la progression de l&#8217;excavation et de l&#8217;augmentation de la hauteur d&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alimak a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour son expertise \u00e9prouv\u00e9e dans la conception de solutions d&#8217;acc\u00e8s vertical robustes pour des environnements difficiles et exigeants.
