{"id":17487,"date":"2026-09-25T12:37:15","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T12:37:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/cases\/al-jazeera-tower\/"},"modified":"2026-09-25T12:58:37","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T12:58:37","slug":"al-jazeera-tower","status":"publish","type":"cases","link":"https:\/\/alimak.com\/fr\/cases\/al-jazeera-tower\/","title":{"rendered":"AL JAZEERA TOWER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pour soutenir la construction d\u2019une nouvelle tour h\u00f4teli\u00e8re cinq \u00e9toiles de 36 \u00e9tages \u00e0 Doha, au Qatar, l\u2019entreprise Larsen &amp; Toubro a investi dans un monte-personnes et monte-mat\u00e9riaux Alimak Scando 650, contribuant \u00e0 maintenir la productivit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 malgr\u00e9 un calendrier exigeant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Construction acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 Doha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Al Jazeera Tower a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e comme h\u00f4tel cinq \u00e9toiles en amont des Jeux asiatiques de 2006. Construite sur un site compact de 30 x 30 m, le projet comprenait deux niveaux de sous-sol, un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et 36 \u00e9tages. Les travaux ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mars 2005, laissant un d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9alisation serr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous \u00e9tions sur un projet en fast-track \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. D. Loganathan, responsable parc et machines chez Larsen &amp; Toubro Qatar LLC. \u00ab Au pic de production, nous r\u00e9alisions environ un \u00e9tage par semaine. \u00bb<br\/>Pour tenir le calendrier, l\u2019entreprise a investi dans plusieurs nouveaux \u00e9quipements, dont un monte-charge de chantier double Alimak Scando 650.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soutenir une manutention des mat\u00e9riaux plus efficace<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout au long du projet, le monte-charge grande vitesse a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans le transport du personnel et des mat\u00e9riaux de construction vers les niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous l\u2019utilisions principalement pour d\u00e9placer les mat\u00e9riaux de construction entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9tages \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 M. Loganathan. \u00ab Les mat\u00e9riaux pour les travaux de finition, notamment les briques, le ciment et le marbre, \u00e9taient transport\u00e9s par le monte-charge. \u00bb<br\/>Le Scando 650 fonctionnait \u00e0 des vitesses allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 65 m\/min et offrait une charge utile de 2\u202f400 kg dans la configuration install\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tait un facteur cl\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon M. Loganathan, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 la principale raison du choix du monte-charge Alimak.<br\/>\u00ab La principale raison de choisir le monte-charge Alimak \u00e9tait la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous avons particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me d\u2019alerte de surcharge et les autres dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 les avantages du syst\u00e8me de commande \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence variable (VFC), ajustant la vitesse en fonction de la charge pour un fonctionnement fluide et efficace. La conception modulaire du syst\u00e8me permettait d\u2019ajouter des sections de m\u00e2t suppl\u00e9mentaires au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l\u2019avancement du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commande flexible pour un chantier en \u00e9volution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le monte-charge de chantier \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de commande ALC-II d\u2019Alimak, bas\u00e9 sur microprocesseur, permettant aux op\u00e9rateurs de s\u00e9lectionner les niveaux de palier actifs au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l\u2019avancement des travaux.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Le programme des paliers fonctionnait tr\u00e8s bien. Nous pouvions d\u00e9cider quels \u00e9tages devaient \u00eatre accessibles selon le stade de construction \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M.
