Le projet s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans un environnement de traitement p\u00e9trochimique sensible o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 et une perturbation minimale des op\u00e9rations constituaient des priorit\u00e9s essentielles.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de fournir aux travailleurs un acc\u00e8s fiable sur l&#8217;ensemble de la structure haute de 40 m, un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9chafaudage complet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9, int\u00e9grant cinq niveaux de chargement et de travail positionn\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs. Un monte-charge de chantier Alimak Scando 450 9\/30 a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour transporter le personnel et les mat\u00e9riaux rapidement et efficacement entre le niveau du sol et les zones de travail en hauteur.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le d\u00e9fi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conception de la tour de traitement emp\u00eachait le m\u00e2t du monte-charge d&#8217;\u00eatre fix\u00e9 directement \u00e0 la structure. Par cons\u00e9quent, une installation enti\u00e8rement autoportante a d\u00fb \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e, tout en fournissant la stabilit\u00e9 requise pour un fonctionnement fiable en hauteur.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajoutant \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9chafaudage et le monte-charge devaient rester structurellement ind\u00e9pendants. Un espace de d\u00e9gagement de 40 cm a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 entre la tour et l&#8217;installation du monte-charge pour permettre aux deux structures de se d\u00e9placer ind\u00e9pendamment dans des conditions de vent fort sans compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou les performances.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au c\u0153ur d&#8217;une installation industrielle de traitement en exploitation, n\u00e9cessitant une planification rigoureuse et le respect strict des normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une installation de monte-charge autoportante a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue en utilisant un m\u00e2t de grue \u00e0 tour comme structure porteuse. Le m\u00e2t du monte-charge a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9curis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un dispositif de contrepoids substantiel constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;environ 40 tonnes de lest \u00e0 la base, cr\u00e9ant une solution d&#8217;acc\u00e8s robuste et stable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le monte-charge de chantier Alimak Scando 450 9\/30 a fourni un transport vertical fiable pour le personnel, les outils et les mat\u00e9riaux tout au long de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9novation, soutenant un flux de travail efficace sur tous les niveaux de travail.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La solution r\u00e9alis\u00e9e a combin\u00e9 une structure d&#8217;\u00e9chafaudage de grande envergure avec un acc\u00e8s vertical pratique, permettant aux \u00e9quipes de maintenance d&#8217;effectuer les activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9novation de mani\u00e8re efficace et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e.
