Un ascenseur industriel Alimak sur mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans la mine de polyhalite WoodSmith dans les North York Moors, au Royaume-Uni. La mine extrait du minerai de polyhalite, qui se trouve profond\u00e9ment sous terre et est utilis\u00e9 comme engrais agricole. Le minerai est extrait \u00e0 1 600 m sous terre et transport\u00e9 jusqu’\u00e0 370 m sous terre o\u00f9 il est charg\u00e9 sur un tapis roulant de 37 km pour \u00eatre transport\u00e9 vers l’installation de manutention.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASCENSEUR INDUSTRIEL ALIMAK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une solution \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour transporter jusqu’\u00e0 18 mineurs du niveau du sol \u00e0 370 m sous terre aussi efficacement que possible. La taille du puits \u00e9tait incroyablement limit\u00e9e, permettant une largeur maximale d’ascenseur de seulement 1,56 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les ing\u00e9nieurs de conception d’Alimak ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un ascenseur \u00e0 pignon et cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re \u00ab \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages \u00bb personnalis\u00e9, compos\u00e9 de deux cabines d’ascenseur, interconnect\u00e9es l’une au-dessus de l’autre. Chaque ascenseur mesurait 1,56 m de large x 1,04 m de long x 2,17 m de haut, chaque cabine pouvant accueillir un maximum de neuf passagers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DURABILIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait importante pour notre client (l’infrastructure de la mine a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour minimiser tout impact environnemental), Alimak \u00e9tait le choix parfait en raison de la fabrication de ses ascenseurs industriels dans son usine su\u00e9doise EcoVadis, class\u00e9e or, qui est aliment\u00e9e \u00e0 100 % en \u00e9nergie renouvelable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MON ALIMAK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Alimak est un portail Web personnalis\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Alimak Group pour am\u00e9liorer l’utilisation s\u00fbre et efficace des produits Alimak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce au portail My Alimak, Strabag AG peut consulter les donn\u00e9es op\u00e9rationnelles et les statistiques relatives \u00e0 ses ascenseurs, ce qui lui permet de g\u00e9rer plus efficacement ses actifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00c9FIS DU PROJET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cage d’ascenseur \u00e9tait rev\u00eatue d’acier, ce qui repr\u00e9sentait un d\u00e9fi important pour trouver le moyen le plus s\u00fbr d’installer les connexions du m\u00e2t. L’option habituelle de soudage n’\u00e9tait pas possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak a travaill\u00e9 avec Hilti pour d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle solution, qui impliquait l’utilisation de goujons soud\u00e9s par friction, qui \u00e9taient tir\u00e9s dans la cage d’ascenseur \u00e0 l’aide d’un pistolet \u00e0 ressort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CON\u00c7U POUR UN USAGE INDUSTRIEL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les ascenseurs industriels Alimak sont disponibles avec des cabines en aluminium extrud\u00e9 ou en acier inoxydable, assurant une longue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

dur\u00e9e de vie m\u00eame dans les environnements les plus difficiles. L’unit\u00e9 d’entra\u00eenement est situ\u00e9e au sommet de la cabine, qui monte sur un m\u00e2t autoportant, ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de cage d’ascenseur de support ou de salle des machines s\u00e9par\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le m\u00e2t est en acier galvanis\u00e9. L’\u00e9rection du m\u00e2t d’ascenseur s’effectue \u00e0 partir de la cabine elle-m\u00eame. S’il est install\u00e9 au d\u00e9but du processus de construction, l’ascenseur peut souvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans la construction proprement dite du b\u00e2timent sur lequel il restera ensuite comme ascenseur permanent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
