Un ascenseur \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon Alimak a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sur une nouvelle grue pivotante \u00e0 portique dans le nouveau terminal de carburant de la nouvelle centrale thermique et \u00e9lectrique KVV8 dans le port de V\u00e4rta, \u00e0 Stockholm, en Su\u00e8de. C’est la premi\u00e8re fois qu’un ascenseur est install\u00e9 sur ce type de grue portuaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PREMIER ASCENSEUR POUR GRUE PIVOTANTE \u00c0 PORTAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak a prouv\u00e9 que tr\u00e8s peu d’applications sont trop difficiles lorsqu’il s’agit d’installer un ascenseur. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sur la nouvelle grue \u00e0 portique du V\u00e4rtahamnen \u00e0 Stockholm, o\u00f9 un ascenseur sp\u00e9cial Alimak SE \u2013 avec une taille de cabine plus petite que d’habitude
propos\u00e9 dans la gamme standard \u2013 a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour pouvoir attacher la tour du m\u00e2t d’ascenseur \u00e0 ce type de structure de grue, la tour du m\u00e2t a \u00e9t\u00e9 allong\u00e9e jusqu’\u00e0 25,6 m, tandis que l’ascenseur n’atteint que la hauteur de 16,85 m o\u00f9 se trouve la cabine du grutier. Le m\u00e2t d’ascenseur n’est attach\u00e9 qu’avec un seul lien en haut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La grue dessert la nouvelle centrale \u00e9lectrique pour le d\u00e9chargement du carburant livr\u00e9 des navires. Ce type de grues est peu encombrante et efficace et s’adapte bien aux conditions du nouveau port de carburant. L’ascenseur Alimak am\u00e8ne le grutier \u00e0 la cabine de conduite de la grue pivotante \u00e0 portique en moins d’une demi-minute, am\u00e9liorant encore l’efficacit\u00e9 et la productivit\u00e9. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e puisque les risques, tels que glisser dans les escaliers ou tomber d\u2019objets de hauteur, sont consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les d\u00e9lais de rotation des navires \u00e9tant mesur\u00e9s en heures, il est imp\u00e9ratif de maximiser la disponibilit\u00e9 des grues. Les ascenseurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re et pignon Alimak offrent un acc\u00e8s fiable et efficace au sommet de la grue pour les hommes, les outils et les pi\u00e8ces de r\u00e9paration, facilitant une maintenance pr\u00e9ventive fr\u00e9quente et minimisant les temps d’arr\u00eat co\u00fbteux r\u00e9sultant de pannes.
