Un monte-charge externe Alimak d’une capacit\u00e9 de charge utile de 2 000 kg a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans l’usine de Dormagen de Bayer AG, en Allemagne. Bayer AG est l’un des plus grands groupes agrochimiques au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a plus de 35 ans, Bayer acqu\u00e9rait son premier ascenseur \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re Alimak pour une installation permanente sur une chemin\u00e9e de leur site principal \u00e0 Leverkusen. Depuis lors, Alimak Hek a fourni plusieurs ascenseurs permanents \u00e0 au groupe qui exploite un total de cinq sites en Allemagne. Le parc chimique de Dormagen, pr\u00e8s de D\u00fcsseldorf, occupe six kilom\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s de terrain et pas moins de 6 800 personnes y sont employ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le nouveau b\u00e2timent B655 \u00e0 Dormagen, la direction de l’usine a choisi un ascenseur pour marchandises et personnes de la gamme d’ascenseurs \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re Alimak. L’ascenseur est n\u00e9cessaire pour transporter les sacs de granul\u00e9s en plastique ainsi que le personnel. Le personnel travaille en trois \u00e9quipes et l’ascenseur est utilis\u00e9 en moyenne 5 \u00e0 10 fois par \u00e9quipe\/plage horaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’ascenseur a une course totale de 14,5 m\u00e8tres dans une structure ouverte en acier. Outre le palier inf\u00e9rieur, il existe quatre niveaux d’acc\u00e8s sup\u00e9rieurs au b\u00e2timent adjacent. Les paliers ont des portes \u00e0 double battant \u00e0 commande manuelle qui sont verrouill\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement et \u00e9lectriquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme l’ascenseur \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re Alimak n’a pas besoin de gaine, aucune disposition de ce type n’a d\u00fb \u00eatre prise, ce qui a permis de faire des \u00e9conomies et de simplifier le processus de planification. Le syst\u00e8me d’ascenseur \u00e0 cr\u00e9maill\u00e8re Alimak offre une large gamme de dimensions de cabine pour des capacit\u00e9s de levage comprises entre 300 kg et 7 000 kg. La cabine choisie par Bayer AG pour leur site de Dormagen fait 1,43 m de large sur 2,99 m de profondeur et fonctionne avec un syst\u00e8me d’entra\u00eenement \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence variable, \u00e0 une vitesse de 0,6 m\u00e8tre par seconde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
