Weston-Super-Mares strandpromenad var v\u00e4rd f\u00f6r SEE Monster, en innovativ, tillf\u00e4llig konstinstallation p\u00e5 en pensionerad oljerigg. En Alimak-hiss installerades f\u00f6r \u00e5tkomst till varje v\u00e5ning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den imponerande strukturen var en av Storbritanniens st\u00f6rsta offentliga konstinstallationer, som p\u00e5gick fr\u00e5n juli till november 2022. Bes\u00f6kare kunde se en tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd, vattenfall och uppmuntrades att l\u00e4ra sig mer om h\u00e5llbarhet och klimat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r att SEE Monster skulle vara tillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r alla bes\u00f6kare upp till en h\u00f6jd av 27,5 meter, var tillg\u00e5ng till hiss v\u00e4sentligt. En Alimak SE 1200 FC industrihiss valdes av Newsubstance – de kreativa hj\u00e4rnorna bakom konstinstallationen. Alimak industrihissar \u00e4r designade f\u00f6r att t\u00e5la tuffa milj\u00f6er, s\u00e5 det var en idealisk l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r en struktur som skulle uts\u00e4ttas f\u00f6r elementen fr\u00e5n den brittiska kusten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimaks designteam arbetade med Newsubstance-ingenj\u00f6rer f\u00f6r att koppla b\u00e5de hissens st\u00f6dstruktur och stannplansd\u00f6rrar med tyget av SEE Monster. Detta f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla full \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmelse med s\u00e4kerhetsstandarder och f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla tillf\u00f6rlitlig service under den avsedda anv\u00e4ndningsperioden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak-hissen f\u00e4rdades upp till 33 meter och kunde transportera maximalt 16 passagerare. SEE Monster visade sig vara s\u00e5 popul\u00e4rt att dess st\u00e4ngningsdatum f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngdes f\u00f6r att till\u00e5ta fler m\u00e4nniskor att bes\u00f6ka attraktionen. Alimak-teamet s\u00e5g till att support var tillg\u00e4nglig hela tiden och kunde senarel\u00e4gga demontaget f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att det inte fanns n\u00e5gra st\u00f6rningar i allm\u00e4nhetens tillg\u00e5ng till hissen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
