Totalt beh\u00f6vde 25 meter h\u00f6ga st\u00e4llningar monteras runt alla sidor av byggnaden. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>I ett projekt av denna omfattning \u00e4r det avg\u00f6rande att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla momentum. Varje f\u00f6rsening i materialtransport kan p\u00e5verka projektets tidsplan, s\u00e5 st\u00e4llningsarbetet kr\u00e4vde en tillf\u00f6rlitlig vertikal accessl\u00f6sning som skulle st\u00f6dja effektiv logistik och bidra till att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla s\u00e4kra arbetsmetoder \u00f6ver hela arbetsplatsen. <\/p>\n\n<p>All Seasons Scaffolding valde st\u00e4llningstransport\u00f6r AlimakTM STS 300 f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja en mer effektiv materialhanteringsprocess. Enheten anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r att lyfta st\u00e4llningsmaterial \u00f6ver sj\u00e4tte v\u00e5ningen \u2013 utom r\u00e4ckh\u00e5ll f\u00f6r arbetsplatsens lastbilsmonterade kran \u2013 vilket bidrog till att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att material kunde levereras snabbt och konsekvent dit de beh\u00f6vdes. <\/p>\n\n<p>En viktig operativ f\u00f6rdel med STS 300 i detta projekt var anv\u00e4ndningen av flera korgar. Medan en korg lyftes till en h\u00f6jd p\u00e5 upp till 23 meter kunde en annan lastas p\u00e5 markniv\u00e5, vilket m\u00f6jliggjorde snabba byten och ett n\u00e4stan kontinuerligt fl\u00f6de av material. Detta bidrog till att minska stillest\u00e5ndstid, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra arbetsfl\u00f6det och h\u00e5lla st\u00e4llningsfasen p\u00e5 schema.  <\/p>\n\n<p>STS 300 bidrog ocks\u00e5 till att minska den manuella hanteringen vid transport av st\u00e4llningsmaterial. Med en nyttolast p\u00e5 300 kg m\u00f6jliggjorde enheten att st\u00f6rre laster kunde transporteras vertikalt, vilket st\u00f6dde en mer effektiv process och bidrog till att minska den fysiska belastningen f\u00f6rknippad med manuell lyftning. <\/p>\n\n<p>Vald f\u00f6r sin produktivitet, flexibilitet och enkla drifts\u00e4ttning gav den sj\u00e4lvinstallerade STS 300 All Seasons Scaffolding st\u00f6rre kontroll \u00f6ver n\u00e4r och var maskinen anv\u00e4ndes.<\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att de kunde installera STS 300 korrekt s\u00e5g All Seasons Scaffolding f\u00f6rst till att deras team hade genomf\u00f6rt en praktisk installat\u00f6rskurs och STS 300 e-learning med en av Alimaks erfarna experter.<\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00f6r ett kr\u00e4vande rivningsprojekt i en begr\u00e4nsad urban milj\u00f6 levererade STS 300 den p\u00e5litliga prestanda som beh\u00f6vdes f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla material i r\u00f6relse och projektet fram\u00e5tskridande.
