N\u00e4r den \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig blir den Europas l\u00e4ngsta automatiserade tunnelbanelinje. Att leverera ett s\u00e5 komplext underjordiskt projekt kr\u00e4ver en p\u00e5litlig, s\u00e4krare och flexibel vertikal accessl\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja dagliga byggaktiviteter djupt under marken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L-9-linjen har utformats med stationer byggda i stora cylindriska schakt som m\u00e4ter 18 meter i diameter och str\u00e4cker sig mer \u00e4n 40 meter i l\u00e4ngd. Vid Sanllehy-schaktet kommer schaktningen slutligen att n\u00e5 ett djup p\u00e5 78 meter under marken. Dessa dimensioner och djup skapade ett tydligt krav p\u00e5 en robust vertikal accessl\u00f6sning f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra p\u00e5litlig transport av personal, verktyg och material under hela byggfasen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad produktivitet<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Alimak<sup>TM<\/sup> Vectio<sup>TM<\/sup> 350-transportplattform installerades i Sanllehy-schaktet f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla p\u00e5litlig vertikal access anpassad till kraven f\u00f6r underjordisk konstruktion. Vectio 350 \u00e4r utformad f\u00f6r flexibilitet och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r effektiv daglig tillg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r personal samtidigt som den st\u00f6djer transport av byggmaterial och verktyg.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vectio 350-serien erbjuder nyttolaster p\u00e5 500\u20132 000 kg. F\u00f6r detta projekt installerades en Vectio 350 10-15-modell som ger en nyttolast p\u00e5 1 000 kg, vilket bidrar till att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra produktiviteten genom att minska manuell hantering och optimera materialfl\u00f6det. Dess smarta operativa design m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r s\u00f6ml\u00f6s v\u00e4xling mellan transportplattformsl\u00e4ge f\u00f6r personaltillg\u00e5ng och materiallyftl\u00e4ge f\u00f6r materialhantering, vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller kontinuerligt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r flera platsaktiviteter utan avbrott.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utformad f\u00f6r tuffa f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6r att anpassa sig till schaktets b\u00f6jda geometri implementerades ett anpassningsbart f\u00f6rbindningssystem som s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller en s\u00e4ker installation n\u00e4r schaktningen fortskrider och installationsh\u00f6jden \u00f6kar.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alimak valdes f\u00f6r sin bepr\u00f6vade expertis i att utforma robusta vertikala accessl\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r h\u00e5rda och kr\u00e4vande milj\u00f6er.
