Tillsammans levererade de tv\u00e5 systemen fyra hisskorgar f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja transport av personal och material i ett av Dubais mest ambiti\u00f6sa bostadsh\u00f6ghusprojekt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ocean Heights ligger i Dubai Marina och utvecklades av DAMAC Properties och ritades av Aedas. Bostadstornet f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lldes 2010 och reser sig 310 m och 83 v\u00e5ningar, vilket g\u00f6r det till en av de mest igenk\u00e4nnbara skyskraporna i Dubais silhuett. Byggnadens distinkta vridna arkitektoniska design skapade kr\u00e4vande bygglogistik och kr\u00e4vde tillf\u00f6rlitlig vertikal \u00e5tkomst med h\u00f6g kapacitet genom hela byggfasen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alimak Scando 650 FC-S-hissarna k\u00f6rdes i hastigheter p\u00e5 upp till 100 m\/min, vilket bidrog till att minimera transporttider f\u00f6r b\u00e5de personal och material. Varje hisskorg erbj\u00f6d en lastkapacitet p\u00e5 2 800 kg och en korgl\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 3,9 m, vilket m\u00f6jliggjorde effektiv f\u00f6rflyttning av stora laster till aktiva arbetsomr\u00e5den genom hela projektet. Hissarna var utrustade med Alimaks frekvensreglerade drivsystem, vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller mjuk start- och stoppprestanda, en v\u00e4rdefull funktion f\u00f6r h\u00f6ga byggnader med m\u00e5nga landningsniv\u00e5er.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alimak Scando 650 FC-S \u00e4r utformad f\u00f6r kr\u00e4vande h\u00f6ghusapplikationer och har en design utan motvikt samt kompatibilitet med hela sortimentet av Scando 650-moduler och tillbeh\u00f6r. Systemet kunde konfigureras f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta ett brett spektrum av projektkrav, fr\u00e5n l\u00e5ghusbyggen till n\u00e5gra av v\u00e4rldens h\u00f6gsta byggnader. Tre frekvensreglerade motorer drev varje system genom en h\u00f6geffektiv v\u00e4xell\u00e5da, vilket levererade den hastighet, tillf\u00f6rlitlighet och prestanda som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r storskaliga byggprojekt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ocean Heights-projektet utgjorde en del av den snabba expansionen av Dubai Marina, d\u00e4r tillf\u00f6rlitlig produktivitet och effektivt materialfl\u00f6de var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla byggscheman.
