Utvecklingen har 579 rum, konferensfaciliteter och kommersiella funktioner. Det 103 meter h\u00f6ga bostadskomplexet omfattar 174 l\u00e4genheter tillg\u00e4ngliga.<\/p><p> En av de f\u00f6rsta utmaningarna med projektet var att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att arbetet skulle vara tekniskt m\u00f6jligt. Tornkranar \u00e4r vanligtvis f\u00f6rankrade i en byggnad p\u00e5 en eller tv\u00e5 punkter; detta projekt kr\u00e4vde dock fyra ankarpunkter. Detta ledde till problem med att bekl\u00e4da byggnadens fasad med natursten mellan och ovanf\u00f6r dessa ankare. St\u00e4llningsalternativet som erbj\u00f6ds av en tidigare leverant\u00f6r ans\u00e5gs dyrt och oanv\u00e4ndbart.<\/p><p> Alimak kontaktades f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla en vertikal \u00e5tkomstl\u00f6sning f\u00f6r konstruktionen av utvecklingen best\u00e5ende av fyra mastkl\u00e4ttringsarbetsplattformar fr\u00e5n Alimaks hyresflotta i Nederl\u00e4nderna.<\/p><p> Alimak-teamet har utvecklat ett v\u00e4lrespekterat rykte i den holl\u00e4ndska byggbranschen f\u00f6r erfarna och p\u00e5litliga ritnings-, ber\u00e4knings- och monteringstj\u00e4nster. Alimak var tvungen att se till att mastkl\u00e4ttrare kunde monteras p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt och enligt de strikta regler som till\u00e4mpas i hela Nederl\u00e4nderna, s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatser.<\/p><p> Mastkl\u00e4ttringsarbetsplattformar anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att transportera arbetare, utrustning och material till och fr\u00e5n en enda infartsplats. Eftersom de \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsade i sin funktion \u00e4r mastkl\u00e4ttringsarbetsplattformar inte konstruerade f\u00f6r att anv\u00e4ndas som bygghissar.<\/p><p> Eftersom mastkl\u00e4ttringsarbetsplattformarna inte kunde passera kranankarna beh\u00f6vde Alimak montera en mastkl\u00e4tterplattform mellan varje ankare. En landningsgrind monterades p\u00e5 byggnaden precis ovanf\u00f6r varje ankare f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att plattformarna kunde n\u00e5s s\u00e4kert och enligt f\u00f6reskrifter.<\/p><p> Enligt EN 1495-f\u00f6reskrifterna kan mastkl\u00e4ttringsarbetsplattformen endast betr\u00e4das fr\u00e5n en position.
