Den inkluderade bakre sidof\u00e4sten f\u00f6r ytterligare f\u00f6rankringss\u00e4kerhet och stannplan via st\u00e4llningsg\u00e5ngar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimak valdes f\u00f6r sitt rykte f\u00f6r kvalitetsutf\u00f6rande och p\u00e5litliga produkter och service. V\u00e5r uppskattade partner ACGS SRL \u00e4r specialiserad p\u00e5 att anv\u00e4nda Alimak-utrustning och erbjuder enast\u00e5ende service under prelimin\u00e4ra bed\u00f6mningar, probleml\u00f6sning, installation och underh\u00e5llsprocesser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom takv\u00e5ningen skulle totalrenoveras \u00f6ver tv\u00e5 v\u00e5ningar, inklusive rivning av innerv\u00e4ggar, var det inte m\u00f6jligt att anv\u00e4nda en bostadsr\u00e4ttshiss f\u00f6r att transportera material som var n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r renoveringsarbetet. Den \u00f6versta v\u00e5ningen i l\u00e4genheten ligger l\u00e4ngre bort fr\u00e5n byggnadens fasad, s\u00e5 det var n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att installera st\u00e4llningar s\u00e5 att arbetare kunde komma \u00e5t byggnaden. Arbetet skulle utf\u00f6ras under tre till fyra m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En utmaning kretsade kring det minimala utrymmet f\u00f6r arbete p\u00e5 marken och fasaden. Detta kr\u00e4vde en vertikal \u00e5tkomstl\u00f6sning som kunde fungera under dessa sn\u00e4va f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och anpassa sig till ett indraget stannplansomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla f\u00f6rankringsstag p\u00e5 h\u00f6ger masttorn har f\u00e4sts i den bakre h\u00f6rnv\u00e4ggen med specialtillverkat st\u00f6d. Eftersom bostadsr\u00e4tter anv\u00e4nder den omgivande markytan som parkeringsplats fanns endast en liten yta tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r arbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimak TPL-plattformen inneh\u00f6ll s\u00e5ledes ett extra tillbeh\u00f6r f\u00f6r att ers\u00e4tta den f\u00e4llbara komponenten med en entr\u00e9d\u00f6rr och f\u00f6r att minska plattformens storlek fr\u00e5n 3,2 m till 2,2 m. Dessa plattformar \u00e4r designade f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra tillf\u00f6rlitlig, effektiv \u00e5tkomst p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatser d\u00e4r utrymmet \u00e4r minimalt. De erbjuder f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad funktionalitet och prestanda i begr\u00e4nsade dimensioner och kan framg\u00e5ngsrikt anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att snabbt transportera tunga laster till h\u00f6gre niv\u00e5er.
