Gruvan utvinner mineral fr\u00e5n polyhalit, som finns djupt under jorden och anv\u00e4nds som jordbruksg\u00f6dsel. Mineralet utvinns 1 600 m under marken och transporteras upp till 370 m under marken d\u00e4r det lastas p\u00e5 ett 37 km transportband f\u00f6r att transporteras till hanteringsanl\u00e4ggningen.<\/strong><\/p><p> <strong>ALIMAK INDUSTRIHISS<\/strong><\/p><p> En l\u00f6sning beh\u00f6vdes f\u00f6r att transportera upp till 18 gruvarbetare fr\u00e5n markniv\u00e5 till 370 m under marken s\u00e5 effektivt som m\u00f6jligt. Schaktstorleken var otroligt begr\u00e4nsad, vilket till\u00e4t en maximal hissbredd p\u00e5 endast 1,56 m.<\/p><p> Alimaks designingenj\u00f6rer utvecklade en skr\u00e4ddarsydd \u201ddubbeld\u00e4ck\u201d kuggst\u00e5ngshiss, som bestod av tv\u00e5 hisskorgar, sammankopplade ovanf\u00f6r varandra. Varje hiss m\u00e4tte 1,56 m bred x 1,04 m l\u00e5ng x 2,17 m h\u00f6g, med varje vagn som kunde h\u00e5lla h\u00f6gst nio passagerare.<\/p><p> <strong>H\u00c5LLBARHET<\/strong><\/p><p> Eftersom h\u00e5llbarhet var viktigt f\u00f6r v\u00e5r kund (gruvans infrastruktur utformades f\u00f6r att minimera eventuell milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan) var Alimak det perfekta valet p\u00e5 grund av att dess industrihissar tillverkas i deras EcoVadis guldklassade svenska fabrik som drivs med 100 % f\u00f6rnybar energi.<\/p><p> <strong>MIN ALIMAK<\/strong><\/p><p> My Alimak \u00e4r en skr\u00e4ddarsydd webbaserad portal, utvecklad av Alimak Group f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra en s\u00e4ker och effektiv anv\u00e4ndning av Alimaks produkter.<\/p><p> Med hj\u00e4lp av My Alimak-portalen kan Strabag AG se driftsdata och statistik relaterad till sina hissar, vilket g\u00f6r att de kan hantera sina tillg\u00e5ngar mer effektivt.<\/p><p> <strong>PROJEKTUTMANINGAR<\/strong><\/p><p> Hisschaktet var st\u00e5lfodrat, vilket innebar en betydande utmaning f\u00f6r att hitta det s\u00e4kraste s\u00e4ttet att installera mastanslutningarna. Det vanliga alternativet att svetsa var inte m\u00f6jligt.<\/p><p> Alimak arbetade tillsammans med Hilti f\u00f6r att utveckla en ny l\u00f6sning, som innebar anv\u00e4ndning av friktionssvetsade dubbar, som avfyrades i hisschaktet med en fj\u00e4derbelastad pistol.<\/p><p> <strong>Gjord f\u00f6r INDUSTRIELL ANV\u00c4NDNING<\/strong><\/p><p> Alimak industrihissar \u00e4r tillg\u00e4ngliga med extruderad aluminium eller rostfritt st\u00e5l, vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller l\u00e5nga<\/p><p> livsl\u00e4ngd \u00e4ven i de tuffaste milj\u00f6erna. Drivenheten \u00e4r placerad ovanp\u00e5 bilen, som kl\u00e4ttrar p\u00e5 en sj\u00e4lvb\u00e4rande mast, vilket inte kr\u00e4ver n\u00e5got b\u00e4rande hisschakt eller separat maskinrum.<\/p><p> Masten \u00e4r gjord av galvaniserat st\u00e5l.
