Tv\u00e5 Alimak SL-H 1000 industrihissar installerades vid PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) anl\u00e4ggning i Vung Tau, Vietnam. Hissarna var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att transportera arbetare och verktyg i ett trapptorn som anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6r tillverkning av havsbaserade vindkraftverk. Installationen var en del av ett bredare projekt som syftade till att \u00f6ka effektiviteten och s\u00e4kerheten i verksamheten inom varvet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PTSC, en ledare inom energitj\u00e4nster offshore, kr\u00e4vde hissar med h\u00f6g kapacitet f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja sin verksamhet i produktionen av havsbaserade vindkraftverk. Den prim\u00e4ra utmaningen var att slutf\u00f6ra installationen inom en sn\u00e4v tidsram och att f\u00f6lja strikta s\u00e4kerhetsstandarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak valdes som den f\u00f6redragna leverant\u00f6ren p\u00e5 grund av f\u00f6retagets rykte om h\u00f6gkvalitativa, p\u00e5litliga hissar, snabba leveranstider och strikt efterlevnad av s\u00e4kerhetsstandarder. Hissarna beh\u00f6vde vara i drift med minimala st\u00f6rningar av p\u00e5g\u00e5ende arbete, en uppgift som komplicerades av de h\u00f6ga s\u00e4kerhetskraven och begr\u00e4nsade arbetstimmar som var tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installationen av de tv\u00e5 Alimak-hissarna utf\u00f6rdes under \u00f6verinseende av Alimaks filial i Singapore, medan den fysiska installationen utf\u00f6rdes av UNICO VINA JSC, en lokal distribut\u00f6r. Hissarna installerades p\u00e5 ett trapptorn med en lyfth\u00f6jd p\u00e5 50 meter och tre stannplan p\u00e5 0 m, 42 m och 50 m. Dessa hissar \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6r att transportera arbetare och verktyg under cirka 120-130 timmar per m\u00e5nad, vilket avsev\u00e4rt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar driftseffektiviteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SL-H 1000-modellen valdes f\u00f6r dess l\u00e4mplighet i marina milj\u00f6er som kr\u00e4ver h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar med h\u00f6g kapacitet. Nyckelfunktioner inkluderar en lastkapacitet p\u00e5 1 000 kg, hisskorgd\u00f6rrar med mekanisk och elektrisk f\u00f6rregling och en fullkollektiv kallningssystem. Hissarna arbetar med en hastighet av 0,5 m\/s, vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller en balans mellan hastighet och s\u00e4kerhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den framg\u00e5ngsrika installationen av Alimak SL-H 1000-hissarna, som slutf\u00f6rdes enligt schemat, har avsev\u00e4rt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrat de operativa kapaciteterna vid skeppsvarvet. Hissarna har effektiviserat de vertikala transporterna av personal och verktyg \u00f6ver olika niv\u00e5er i trapptornet, vilket bidragit till \u00f6kad produktivitet vid tillverkning av havsbaserade vindkraftverk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
