Systembolaget som \u00e4r en statligt \u00e4gd kedja av spritbutiker i Sverige valde nyligen en kuggst\u00e5ngshiss fr\u00e5n Alimak f\u00f6r den nya logistikanl\u00e4ggningen i Brunna norr om Stockholm. Systembolaget hyr stora delar av lagret fr\u00e5n Logicenters.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Systembolaget lagrar sina produkter i den nya dep\u00e5n f\u00f6r att sedan leverera till f\u00f6retagets butiker och de m\u00e5nga kunder som handlar p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet p\u00e5 www.systembolaget.se. Systembolaget valde en Alimak-kuggst\u00e5ngshiss f\u00f6r sin nya logistikanl\u00e4ggning. Hissl\u00f6sningen fr\u00e5n Alimak kr\u00e4vde minimala f\u00f6rberedelser i anl\u00e4ggningen eftersom kuggst\u00e5ngshissar inte kr\u00e4ver att ett kostsamt hisschakt konstrueras i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g i anl\u00e4ggningens struktur. Hissen installerades enkelt och effektivt med endast en f\u00f6rankring till en betongbalk i lagerstrukturen. Alimak-hissen tillhandah\u00e5ller enkla transporter f\u00f6r personer och gods med en vikt p\u00e5 upp till 1 000 kg fr\u00e5n markniv\u00e5 till de tv\u00e5 mezzaninv\u00e5ningarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexibla transportl\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r lager<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Alimak modul\u00e4ra SE-hissar anpassar sig till de mest varierande transportkraven och platserna. Hissens sj\u00e4lvb\u00e4rande konstruktion g\u00f6r att den kan installeras med eller utan ett hisschakt vilket g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att installera hissen p\u00e5 den f\u00f6rdelaktigaste platsen. N\u00e4r hissen installeras inuti en befintlig byggnad \u00e4r den l\u00e5ga takh\u00f6jden mellan det \u00f6versta stannplanet och innertaket en stor f\u00f6rdel. Noggrann golvutj\u00e4mning vid stannplanen \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r smidig hantering av material och passagerare. En Alimak-kuggst\u00e5ngshiss avv\u00e4gs med en noggrannhet p\u00e5 \u00b15 mm varje g\u00e5ng, oavsett last eller lyfth\u00f6jd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
