En kuggst\u00e5ngsdriven ALIMAK SE-12-industrihiss som installerades f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla s\u00e4kra vertikala transporter p\u00e5 Incitec Fertilizers granuleringsanl\u00e4ggning f\u00f6r urea i Brisbane, Australien, eliminerar behovet av ett konventionellt hisschakt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anl\u00e4ggningen, som ursprungligen tillverkade pelleterad urea, uppgraderades 1999 och producerar nu 750 ton storgranulat per dag av den storlek som jordbrukarna f\u00f6redrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eftersom anl\u00e4ggningen ligger n\u00e4ra bostadsomr\u00e5den \u00e4r det mycket viktigt att kontrollera damm och utsl\u00e4pp. Anl\u00e4ggningens golv tv\u00e4ttas regelbundet f\u00f6r att eliminera damm, vilket skapar ett fl\u00f6de av avloppsvatten som l\u00e4tt kan tr\u00e4nga in i ett internt hisschakt. Granuleringsbyggnaden har sex stannplan med extern \u00e5tkomst och upp till fyra interna podiumplan. Anl\u00e4ggningen \u00e4r i drift 24 timmar om dygnet, sju dagar i veckan, och den kuggst\u00e5ngsdrivna ALIMAK SE-12-hissen anv\u00e4nds upp till 20 g\u00e5nger om dagen av ingenj\u00f6rs- och underh\u00e5llspersonal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anl\u00e4ggningens ALIMAK SE-hiss har en totalh\u00f6jd p\u00e5 29 meter och en lastkapacitet p\u00e5 1 200 kg. Masten \u00e4r f\u00f6rankrad till st\u00e5lstrukturen bakom byggnadens fasad. Elektriskt och mekaniskt f\u00f6rreglade stannplansd\u00f6rrar \u00e4r inbyggda i v\u00e4ggarna f\u00f6r s\u00e4ker \u00e5tkomst till byggnadens olika niv\u00e5er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hissarna i ALIMAK SE-serien \u00e4r idealiska f\u00f6r industriella milj\u00f6er. De har en robust konstruktion med v\u00e4ggpaneler i str\u00e4ngpressad aluminium, ramar och mastsektioner i varmf\u00f6rzinkat st\u00e5l och elsk\u00e5p och styrboxar f\u00f6r stannplan i rostfritt st\u00e5l. Den modul\u00e4ra konstruktionen g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att konfigurera upp till 30 olika hisskorgsstorlekar f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta behoven i ett stort antal till\u00e4mpningar. ALIMAK SE-sortimentet har en direkt motorstyrning eller variabel frekvensstyrning som tillval f\u00f6r smidiga start och stopp och erbjuder lyfth\u00f6jder p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 250 meter och hastigheter p\u00e5 0,4 till 1,0 meter per sekund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
