En Alimak industrihiss har installerats vid Rookery South Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) i England. Hissinstallationen slutf\u00f6rdes i januari 2022, med ERF som ska vara fullt i drift under f\u00f6rsta kvartalet 2022, i ett projekt som leds av Hitachi Zosen Inova (HCI). Anl\u00e4ggningen kommer att erbjuda ett h\u00e5llbart alternativ till deponi genom att generera ren el fr\u00e5n avfall.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efter att ha tillhandah\u00e5llit industrihissar till tre tidigare projekt, var Alimak HZI:s f\u00f6redragna leverant\u00f6r och arbetade n\u00e4ra dem f\u00f6r att ta fram en detaljerad specifikation f\u00f6r att uppfylla projektbehoven. Alimak arbetade ocks\u00e5 med projektarkitekten f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra integrationen av ritningar tidigt i designfasen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak SE 2000 FC som hissen heter \u00e4r en kuggst\u00e5ngshiss med en korgstorlek p\u00e5 2,60 x 1,56 m, med en lastkapacitet p\u00e5 2 000 kg. Den har en lyfth\u00f6jd p\u00e5 38,8 m och kommer att anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att transportera tung underh\u00e5llsutrustning och reservdelar till pannhallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alimak Service kommer att tillhandah\u00e5lla service och underh\u00e5ll f\u00f6r hissen till Covanta, som \u00e4r anl\u00e4ggningsoperat\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att projektet h\u00f6lls inom budget tillhandah\u00f6lls traditionella mekaniskt l\u00e4nkade hissd\u00f6rrar, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r den nya typen av tr\u00e5dl\u00f6s kommunikation. Detta innebar att Alimaks ingenj\u00f6rer designade ett stabiliseringssystem f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att hiss- och stannplansd\u00f6rrar f\u00f6rblev anslutna vid \u00f6ppning och st\u00e4ngning. detta uppn\u00e5ddes genom att anv\u00e4nda en tredje styrskena (T-guide), som str\u00e4ckte sig \u00f6ver hela installationens h\u00f6jd f\u00f6r att till\u00e5ta korrekt gr\u00e4nssnitt mellan d\u00f6rrarna och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla en s\u00e4ker och tillf\u00f6rlitlig drift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det mest effektiva s\u00e4ttet att installera hissen var att installera hela hisskorgen i ett stycke fr\u00e5n toppen av hisschaktet. Genom att g\u00f6ra detta kunde hissen fabrikstestades. Att den levererades komplett i ett stycke innebar att den var i fullt funktionsduglig skick n\u00e4r den installerades och str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
