P\u00e5 Bauma 2019 lanserade Alimak en uppgradering av Alimak Scando 650 FC-S, en av v\u00e4rldens mest popul\u00e4ra h\u00f6ghastighetsbygghiss. Den uppgraderade hissen har \u00f6kad nyttolast, st\u00f6rre hisskorg, b\u00e4ttre \u00e5kkomfort och mer intelligens. I kombination med flexibiliteten och effektiviteten i Scando 650 \u00e4r den nya 2019-modellen det ultimata hissvalet f\u00f6r den mycket kr\u00e4vande byggbranschen.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan Alimak grundades f\u00f6r mer \u00e4n 70 \u00e5r sedan har ambitionen varit att vara teknikledande inom de segment som betj\u00e4nas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uppgraderingen av 650 FC-S inneh\u00e5ller alla f\u00f6rdelar med det befintliga modul\u00e4ra konceptet f\u00f6r 650 FC-S-hissen, samtidigt som det levererar nya l\u00f6sningar och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar av nyttolastkapacitet, hisskorgsvolym, \u00e5kkomfort och intelligens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med en nyttolastkapacitet p\u00e5 3&nbsp;500 kg per hisskorg \u00f6kar 2019-uppgraderingen kapaciteten med 300 kg, vilket i sin tur \u00f6kar produktiviteten i kr\u00e4vande byggprojekt med upp till 10&nbsp;% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med sin f\u00f6reg\u00e5ngare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom har h\u00f6jden p\u00e5 hisskorgen \u00f6kats fr\u00e5n 2,3 till 2,8 m vilket \u00f6kar den totala lastutrymmesvolymen med 22&nbsp;%. Detta s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller effektiv transport av personal och material, inklusive skrymmande gods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 kapacitetsuppgraderingen har Alimaks ingenj\u00f6rer konstruerat om hisskonceptet som nu har en hisskorg med l\u00e4ngden 5 m som standard. Den lastb\u00e4rande hisskorgsramen och golvet har f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkts f\u00f6r att hantera st\u00f6rre vikter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla dessa f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r transport av h\u00f6gre och st\u00f6rre nyttolaster \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin tidigare, med en standardhiss fr\u00e5n Alimaks utbud av h\u00f6ghastighetshissar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ny intelligens i Alimaks \u00f6verlastsystem med m\u00e4tning av parametrar som till exempel vikten p\u00e5 hisskablarna, s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att hissens korrekta vikt uppdateras i realtid, oavsett dess vertikala position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ny smart frekvensomvandlare (FC) s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller maximal hisshastighet oberoende av nyttolast eller eventuella sp\u00e4nningsfall. Den nya frekvensomvandlaren har en f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad funktion f\u00f6r str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning\/momentbegr\u00e4nsning, vilket s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att hissen inte stannar utan automatiskt anpassar hastigheten vid sp\u00e4nningsfall. Frekvensomvandlaren optimerar \u00e4ven den maximala hastigheten med avseende p\u00e5 aktuell nyttolast, vilket ger en effektiv drift oavsett nyttolast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5kkomforten har f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrats med en l\u00e4gre ljudniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>650 FC-S finns i enkel eller dubbel konfiguration och erbjuder nyttolastkapaciteter upp till 3 500 kg per hisskorg och hastigheter upp till 100 m\/min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimak Group har en strategisk ambition att f\u00f6rbli marknadsledande genom innovation, kundsamarbete och investeringar i ny teknik f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka kundens produktivitet, minska milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan och s\u00e4nka kostnaderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det nya anropssystemet AliCall (tillval) m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r tr\u00e5dl\u00f6s kommunikation mellan hisskorg och stannplan.
