A wide range of accessories such as masts, ties, cable guiding equipment and landing gates are available for Alimak construction hoists, transport platforms, material hoists and mast climbing work platforms.
The majority of the accessories can be used collectively on hoists and platforms which fall into the same product category, resulting in cost benefits for fleet owners.
Alimak’s flexible modular landing gate system suits all known brands of construction hoists, material hoists and transport platforms on the market.
All landing gates are CE‑marked and conform to the applicable EU Machinery Regulation requirements, and they are designed in accordance with the relevant EN standards for construction hoists, material hoists and transport platforms.
Alimak gates can be installation against slab, balcony, vertical pipes and stair tower/landing bridge and fit all scaffolding systems currently on the market. Alimak also supplies a range of full height landing gates for its construction hoists as an option to its reduced height landing gate system which come in different sizes to suit different applications.
Alimak mast ties are used for attachment of the mast tower to a structure or building. Several types are available to suit different conditions and structures. They are built on a modular flexible design, adjustable in height, width, and length with flexible wall brackets.

Alimak mast profiles are designed to be light yet strong, minimizing the number of anchor points and providing extensive lifting heights and high free overhang. The high-quality materials and the manufacturing process are strictly controlled, and the stress testing is rigorous.
The Alimak cable guiding system always keeps the cable under tension. Most Alimak product models have power and control wires to the car, which means that they have separate safety and door circuits.
Cable guides are used to restrain the cable in normal use and in windy conditions to prevent damage from entrapment with moving machinery high wind areas it may be necessary to increase the number of cable guides and reduce the interval they are fitted at.
The Alimak machine will always have power even if base and landings are electrically interlocked. Frequency controller will always be powered up and the machine will have permanent lighting and start directly.
